A crucial three-day kick-off meeting and initial research workshop will be held in Ostrava, Czech Republic, bringing together key representatives from all partner institutions. This event will serve as the a pivotal event designed to establish a strong foundation for the project's success, allowing partners to:

1. Establish common understanding of project goals and methodology
2. Finalize roles and responsibilities
3. Conduct initial theoretical workshops and expert exchanges
4. Initiate the collection of good practices and discuss youth engagement strategies in libraries
5. Foster strong personal connections for effective cross-border collaboration
